Default Help! Plateau!

Good Morning!

I think I have hit a plateau. I have been flucuating between 1 pound for the past few weeks. Any ideas on what I can do? Has anyone ever tried the Wendie Plan? I have also heard of calorie cycling but somehow doing it with your points.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Bummer!

Try switching up what you eat for breakfast and try a couple days of: Eating a few (2-3) points less than your daily allotment, eating 5-6 points more, and then eating 2-3 points less and see if that zig-zagging helps you.

Look back a page or 2... There was a Wendie Plan post a while back.

Thanks everyone! I have tried eating less but I only get 26 points a day and I find it very difficult to eat less than that but maybe if I eat more 0 point foods with my lunch and dinner then it would be possible to eat 22-23 points per day.

It would probably be preferable to increase activity rather than go below the minimum points.

And, in any event, adding in zero point foods that you weren't eating before so you can eat less points may not result in fewer calories taken in. Zero point doesn't mean zero calories....
