Last time I did a daily weigh in, it was my first month here (June 2012). I want to get back on track after have a terrible few weeks. Maybe this will help me. So I'm re-re-starting today! Like my exercise, I'm going to set a small goal for the month, get back into the 130s. Best of luck everyone over the Christmas season.
