Oh dear, let's see if I remember to update :S I also have a google spreadsheet with my weight and a list of everything I eat everyday and what kind of (if any) exercise I did.

0.2 lbs lost this week, gained 1.2 during the week so not completely happy with my results this week. BUT I'm exercising again so I'm sure I'll start to see results eventually. How'd did everyone else do this week?
