That is so fantastic! You are so right - the difference 1 year makes can be amazing! Think of all the wasted time if we don't get started. I am starting to think of every day as day 1. Even if I feel like going off plan - just do baby steps for 1 day and see where it leads. Very inspirational. Thanks!

Thank you so much for posting this. It really hit close to home for me. I am just starting my journey not long ago about 7 weeks in. And I can honestly say it has not been easy. But after reading your story it truly gives me the hope I needed, especially today. So thank you so much for sharing your story and pictures! You look AMAZING. I will now tell myself the "year from now" saying everyday. You are such an inspiration! Way to go

Oh wow, what a testimony! And I agree, you TOTALLY lost a hundred pounds in a year. I would love to be able to do that myself. Congrats!!!
