Yes I weigh every morning with just pj's on. You're right, I should try weighing even less than once per day. It's so hard for me though! Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom, it's appreciated.

Yes, definitely need to focus more on the positive aspect then the more negative ones. I just feel like I'm putting so much into this, I don't want to not be rewarded for it. I really need more patience. I find it so hard to not have my main focus be weight/food/IP related since I started this though. It occupies too large of a chunk of space in my thoughts! Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it
