The birds are singing so they apparently think winter is mostly gone too. Today we're going to venture out for the first time with all three dogs for a walk. I'm considering going to the pool too! I'm feeling some of my exercise mojo again - bring it on!

IM here just a little off my routine. Sinus issues had me in bed early last night and I still feel the pressure. I think its weather related. I mean we are to hit near 70 today.

Carol -- This is the same dog that had cancer last year. We're concerned because of that. His liver enzymes are very high. Poor guy. Funny thing is, he SEEMS healthier than he's been in a few weeks... so to hear his liver's really having a problem is odd.

I take him for an ultrasound tomorrow and then we'll know more...

I'm with Ruth this week -- not motivated, but here. Having a blah kind of week. Had a great weekend (um, if we ignore the eating), but starting Sunday night, I've been in a big, bad, mood. Just trying to make it through the day without buying peanut butter or chocolate. Yup -- THAT kind of week

I'm doing okay. Not a great week so far but no real disasters. Think I've got the end of Winter blues. (Even though we haven't had much of a Winter here.) May call a friend and see if she wants to go to an auction tomorrow night. I haven't been to one in ages and these folks do all kinds of household stuff on Wed. nights. It's fun to go even to just watch the people.

Sounds like everyone needs February to be over - I know I didn't accomplish my weight goals this month but did better with exercise.

Thinking of setting a 1000 minute goal for March.

My weigh in is tomorrow. I'm hoping it shows a decent loss but I've used a few of my extra points several times this week. I haven't had the greatest month. I've listened to my head instead of my body too many times. March is going to be the month to ask myself, every single time I want something to ask myself "Are you REALLY hungry?????? and answer myself honestly.

Sad day...woke up to storms all around us. Then found out a friend from high school died.

We only chatted a few times in the past 30 yrs but it was in the past year. Just sad to know that no medicine can save someone in this day and time. She had pneumonia and it got bad fast and she didnt make it. Guess it was just her time but its was sure hard to accept.
