Although my ticker says I've been at goal for quite awhile, that was at home on my scale in the morning, after the business and in my birthday suit.
Tonight! I weighed in at Weight Watchers, at 138.4. Under goal by 1.6 pounds!
It's been a long haul, with the last 2 pounds haunting me for 3 months.
However, I had an epiphany this summer about the perception I had about "NORMAL" when it comes to food and exercise.
Since changing my perception, this journey has been so much easier, and actually a lot of fun.
Don't have before and after pics handy, but will find them over the weekend and post!
