well didn't have grilled salmon last night...but, will have it tonight...We ended up snacking...so I had string cheese LF chiken lunchmeat and a popsicle....

I bombed!!! I went out of town shopping. Did GREAT while I was gone. Then when I got home, my husband had been out and gotten pizza. I ate 2 slices!!!!!
bobo...don't fret...you can make up for it tomorrow...or just stick your finger down your throat...(just kidding) DON'T DO THAT!!! I know you feel sad 'cause I have been there many times...concentrate on makeing up for it tomorrow...You can do this!!!!
Whimsey, after I'd eaten those toffees I thought, "If ONLY I were one of those people who can stick their fingers down their throat..." It just doesn't work for me. My body REFUSES to let go of anything it's been given.

Ruth, Sorry you have to have store bought ones...but......when mine are all gone because they are just fried from the sun...you will be enjoying them!! I will be wishin' I had a bite of yours!!
Haha-I didn't do great today. When I was in Germany, I got hooked on those Toblerone bars, and they are kinda hard to find around here. Anyway, my sister brought me one today, and I ate it, and that set me off!!!!!! I ate it, and then I came home and ate a piece of that left over pizza. I think I'm PMS'ing!!! I swear i will do better tomorrow though!!!!!!
