Default New Points Plus 2012 Plan

When does the new 2012 Plan begin at meetings?
I just got the e-mail about it coming.
Thanks!

I just read it will go up online Dec. 2 and in meetings Dec 4. Has anyone heard exactly what changes will be made?

From reading the UK boards, they are getting to do simply filling anytime, one day or every other. Some may reduce their points by 3 if they are not losing. there is something with activity points but I don't use them so did not pay attention. Everyone said points for foods stay the same and fruits and vegs still free, that is what I have been reading. Of course to know the real facts we will have to see when the changes come out.

I go to Sunday morning meetings and at yesterdays meeting we got a sneak peak... and we get all the new info next sunday..... Dec 4th.... the sneak peak was interesting, but really doesn't effect people until they are at the 29PP value a day! few other changes but they didn't tell those yet!

Ah. On WW Online they have started very, very briefly mentioning it and they say "You’ll also be able to take a break from tracking for a day or more" -- that must be what they mean. For a day or two or whatever we can switch to simply filling if we don't want to track.

Online also says "and whether you’re just starting to exercise or already have a routine, you’ll get a personalized activity goal and ideas for achieving it." I kind of like that one and will be interested to see.

PointsPlus already includes calories to determine Points.

Fat, Protein & Carbs are what make up the total calories in all foods. (9 calories in each gram of fat, and 4 calories in protein and carbs.) So the addition of using calories would be redundant.

It seems we'll all find out Officially on December 4th what new tweaks the program has in store for us!

I can't wait! I officially get to join in January, one of my best buds might be joining with me, and I'm hoping my hubz rejoins, too.
