onceupon, thanksgiving and maintaining... they may rime but god that's going to be a though weekend for you guys!

nancy, chicken curry. that is probably one of my favorite thing in the world lol sooo hard to resist!


I'm still a bit sick, I did NOTHING this weekend except sleeping, watching tv, knitting and eating CRAP. I skipped my sunday run on my trainning pland because I can barely breath through my nose and I'm already freaking out about my training plan lol

Going back to tracking today, I'll see how it does!

mercury it does get better I promise just takes some time
Once Upon you have to get back on track! really...it so creeps up on you I was down to 153 and it creeped right back up to 177 in less than a year..yikes
Turbo so glad you are feeling better today. Don't stress over the training you have already proved you can do a 5K.

Well weigh in was this am no gain, no loss but I am ok with that since I missed two workouts last week and ate not so great friday night, and sunday.

Today I am sitting here at my desk with some celery and brocoli munching away...love get my veggies and fiber all in one shot

Omg so much going on here! Sorry to hear about the shingles that's terrible. I hope you feel better soon mercury.

I can't catch up with everyone but just wanted to say hi. I haven't been on here very much and I have not weighed in in 3 weeks! I moved and I have been hesitating to go to a new meeting spot. That and my diet has been all over the place. I need to get back on track.
