Hi everyone,
Well I am about to start Chalean Extreme again for the second time in the last year. I have been doing a variety of things since I was here last, Tae Bo, Power 90 and W.O.W - Weight off workout - Vicky Entwistle.....love that one....and of course my bellydancing. So after 7 weeks of WOW I will be looking to change it up a bit and add CX back into my program on Monday and use WOW for the cardio, its wonderful.
Can't wait!!
