Okay it's 5 in the afternoon you're craving something salty. What do you do?!
Then later that evening you want ice cream, or baklava What do you do then?

Iv'e been having these cravings lately. Halp!

My salty go-to is peanuts. Ice cream I can usually substitute a thick creamy yogurt for or a fudge pop.

Baklava? I don't think I could help with. I'm doing SBD and can't think of how I'd incorporate phyllo dough and honey.

Salty: I do nori strips (seaweed)! Or peanut butter. Or homemade pita chips.

Sweet: Frozen yogurt or frozen pureed banana. Tastes just like ice cream

Salty: Veggies with hummus
Sweet: Frozen banana blended with 1/2T natural peanut butter (indiblue is right, tastes just like ice cream)
