Ok here goes - it's time again - not sure where I got so complacent about my diet. Six packs are made in the kitchen....
I was down to about 135 - I was comfortable with that - then.... BOOM! I realized I've put on some serious weight along with my hubby. My husband lost his weight the first time with the south beach diet so we are working with that first.
