I've been a member here before now.
my original date of beginning was Nov 1, 2012. I lost roughly 150# but have rebounded with 40-45 or so. I never made it to goal @150. iir I made it to 151 and ounces. I dropped the ball.

Hello all, I really don't have much stats to post but as of today 3/10 I have lost a total of 42 pounds since March of 2017. I am taking it off very slowly. I lost two pounds in a month. I know it's not much but for me that is good as I am not really doing anything other than watching what I eat and riding a stationary bike for five mins a day, I will be going back to doing DDP Yoga soon.
Hello! I lost 17 pounds before starting my LC diet because they lowered a med I was taking that causes weight gain. I started LC 15 days ago and have lost 3.5 pounds. I am currently at 129.2 for the last 2 days
So I guess I had water weight and such, I was on that Time of month when I posted this I do normally gain about 3-5 pounds, so I waited until after time of month went away and then a day after I hopped on the scale with clothing off and I am down to 339, funny thing is I am not really trying, I have changed my eating habits, I cut out a lot of salt, I mean a lot, stopped eating a lot of processed and canned foods, and sugary snacks, as well as going out and getting fast food, I eat more chicken and fish and red meat maybe two times a week, I drink more smoothies with protein powder and strawberries, it has taken me a year to loose 46 pounds, oh and I was doing ddp yoga for a bit and then stopped started riding my exercise bike for five mins about two times a week then upped it to three times at ten mins.
