LOL my number only went down by .2 for August and today it's higher

I am up 1.2lbs to 189 not good. I DO NOT, I repeat, I DO NOT want to go back to the 190's. The funny thing is I felt so much lighter this morning yet the scale didn't reflect that, idk. Maybe tomorrow will be better if I can just stay away from BREAD. I will surely try
... I should mention that I had two of my oatbrand muffins with flaxseed this morning but I don't think they count ... do they??
