What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I really need to get my eating/cravings under control. I want to feel healthy.
Anything else to share: I am new to this site and really hope it is what I have been missing.
I have been on a yo yo course for the last 10 years . I was a gym rat for several years, I didn’t work just went to the gym every day and kept my body in shape.
In 2009 I had some health issues and had to stop going for a while. I ended up needing a complete hysterectomy and proceeded to wallow in self pity and gained 75 pounds. Too embarrased to go back to my gym (obviously) so I joined Curves. I ended up getting a job there after losing about 60 pounds and loved being around like minded women.
Eventually, I needed a bit more so I joined a bigger gym, started getting my feet wet with running and lost another 25 pounds. I ran several races over 2 years and then became injured.
I haven’t been able to run for a little over 2 years now and have succeeded in gaining a lot of belly fat (and lots of other weight too) I haven't stopped going to the gym and have added more yoga into my routine.
My biggest problem without a doubt is eating!!! I don’t eat much during the day, toast and coffee for breakfast, sandwich and veggies for lunch and then HOLY CRAP… I am a crazy person ALL NIGHT LONG!!
I need support in a BAD way. I know I probably gave WAY TOO much info but I’m hoping I can find several people who share my struggle and I hope that I can become a more healthy eater. I have my son's graduation in May in Annapolis and would love to look healthy and thinner when I go.

Anything else you would like to share with us: A few favorite supplements that I will not live without: MSM (4000mg/day, minimum) taken with Vit C (gently and naturally detoxifies (without sending you to the bathroom, lol) and allows your individual cells to function properly so that they do not turn into abnormal cells (leading to cancer). MSM helps Vit C cross that barrier to obliterate abnormalities (it is used in conjuction with conventional cancer treatments because of its amazing ability to make chemo more effective and help the patient have less side effects/damage to good cells. So why not use as a preventative? Plus I feel great since using it! Got rid of my chronic fatigue! among many other great effects, just ask!). Femtone--it is fantastic! This one is a recent discovery when trying to regulate "Aunt Flo" naturally, because she had suddenly become a severely painful burden that extended her visits to over a week! The pain was so severe that I would be disabled for about a week because the pain would not allow me to move. Femtone has saved my life--no more pain, and everything is perfectly normal now. And if I do have any lingering minor discomfort, I take a Cramp Bark & Ginger supplement and experience zero discomfort. Works better than any otc pain reliever I've tried! Lastly is MSM/Vit C lotion. It is a face lotion, and I decided to try it because MSM is a good carrier of nutrients across barriers. What I accidentally discovered is that it is the perfect sunblock! I had put this on my face in the morning, went swimming in the afternoon without putting any sunblock or anything on, and while my shoulders burnt, my face was untouched! Not even any slight of pink! Then I put the lotion on my shoulders hoping it would help the burn, by the next morning IT WAS COMPLETELY GONE. No burn, no pain, no peeling, no nothing. Like I had never been in the sun! It is amazing! I would like to add that I do not sell any of these products, I am simply a research queen and have discovered some really amazing things! And if this info can also help others, then I am doubly blessed!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm not in a hurry, it will happen in time. I plateau regularly and that doesn't bother me at all anymore. The way I look at it now is that my body is just "settling in" so I just let myself be during the time it takes. Sometimes it's just a few days, sometimes 1-2 weeks.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Losing weight doesn't have to be hard, stressfull, painful or anything of that sort. My body is my friend and we're in this together, that's all it is.
