I recommend yogurt to those on a diet because of its benefits. There are good carbs, protein and fats in a serving of yogurt. Thanks to yogurt dieters often find themselves satisfied and not craving snacks after eating it.

I eat organic fruits and vegetables only, I purchase it at the local farm market. I buy meat there too but sometimes I buy it at a supermarket.

Adding organic food can bring taste revelations - riper flavors! You might feel healthier with less pesticide exposure (studies are ongoing). Organic farming helps the environment. The price tag can be higher, but some find organic lasts longer reducing waste. Start small, try a few organic favorites and see how you experience the difference!

Switching to more organic food was one of the best decisions I made! The flavors are richer, and I feel like I’m getting more nutrients in every bite. Organic fruits and veggies, in particular, have really improved my digestion, I think avoiding certain preservatives made a big difference. When I had some gut health issues, I paired this diet with proper medication and advice. I also appreciated how products were clearly labeled. On a side note, when discussing digestion with my doctor, they mentioned Linzess, and I’ve heard good things about Linzess customer service being helpful for users.
