My stomach looks similar with more fat. Thanks for sharing and the side view totally shows off your abs.

Thank you again ladies. My tummy is getting better every week. It will never be perfect, but I am really ok with it. I will take this tummy any day over the tummy that was always in the way and stopped me from being able to see my feet.

Good luck to all of you in your own journies.

You look great! What an inspiration! After 6 pregnancies (a 10 and several near 10 pounders), 2 c-sections, and twins, I'd be thrilled to have that tummy.

Thanks so much for posting...I had let the thought of loose skin be my excuse to not bother losing weight for awhile. You gave me hope today.

Milmin: How did you start encorporating exercise into your day to day? I find it hard to run at the weight I am...I have stress on my shins.

lunachik-a year ago when I started this healthy lifestyle, I started out slowly by buying a cheap recumbent bike at Walmart. 15 mins. on that at a medium level just about killed me. Very quickly I got much better at my exercising. I then progressed to an elliptical, which I thought would kill me at first. Then I started walking, and then finally running at about 190 lbs. I also had stress on my shins, and developed bursitis in my knees. That is now all gone (thank goodness). Do what you can, and try not to overdo it so that it will hurt so much you won't want to do anything. That was always my struggle. Not doing too much too soon.

We have the same weight goal, and we're the same height. I am so close to goal that I can see it!! Good luck to you. I know that if I can do it, truly, anyone can.

Thank you for posting those pics! I know it must have been hard for you, but it has helped me to see that I may have a chance at looking decent after I lose this weight. I worry about excess skin constantly. I wish you would have posted a before pic too, but if you're like me...there's no way you have one of those. Thanks again!

You are SO right! I was terrified enough posting these pics, because let's be honest, they need some serious airbrushing!!

I wish I had before pics because you really wouldn't believe the difference, but you really have to work at it. I do more than 100 crunches everyday, usually on an incline.

Thanks for your kind words.

My stomach looks similar to yours. However, I've never been obese. My highest (non-pregnancy) weight has been 136. However, I have had three children. After the first one, I was able to get down to 113 again and my stomach was looking great. But then, my next child weighed 9 1/2 lbs. And five months after having her, I was pregnant with my third child, who weighed 8 1/2 lbs. Yeah, loose skin all over the place.

Thank you for posting pics. I am 59 years old. I am planning to go 50lbs down. Out of that 18 is done. Wonder how will I look. My neck appears like having 3-4 vertical sticks. I am worried though.

All I can say is WOW! Your tummy looks awesome! Definitely something I have worried about. I just started my weightloss journey 2 months ago. Lost 31 lbs, I weight train, cardio, and do lots of ab exercises. I even took my before pics in a bikini, now that is gross. I did it to see my true transformation. I can't wait to be able to post them. LOL I could only wish my tummy looks as good as yours. You have come a long way, and accomplished so much. Always feel proud! I am VERY proud of you.

*hugs* That is an inspiration. And I fear my stomach will be the same. The stretchmarks yeah, I can take those, they gave me my girls but.... sigh.
Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to see where you go as well!

I see many stomachs that look much worse than yours in the locker room every day, I don't think you look bad at all! Can I ask, how on earth did you lose that much weight that quickly?

Hi PaulaM

When I look back at it, it seems like a big blur now. When I decided to just do it, it came off pretty easily. I was doing very little exercise of any kind. When I started exercising every day, it literally fell off. Well, that and very healthy eating. My tummy is getting better all the time. I will have to take more pics soon.
