Hey slim chicks I lost a pound. Havent ran at all but walked three times this weeks each time was brisk and for one hour ten minutes and parts of the walk were uphill.
Havent been up to much, met a friend this evening for a drink, I stayed on diet coke coudn't face drink after the session I had last week.
My husband and I are heading to the coast Sunday not sure if my young fella will come.
Ooooh meant to say hubby bought me a lovely dark choccy Easter egg.
I've lost 1 ib so far this week and when I was walking back from my run the other week I thought my thighs looked slimmer when I caught a glance in a shop window.
Today, I walked to that shop wearing my skinny jeans and for the first time in years I didn't feel self-concious about my thighs or bum. I just felt normal. I wasn't worried about people staring at me and I didn't have to wear a long t-shirt to hide myself.
I've still got a way to go but this is huge a step for me. Happy easter everyone!
been away for a week celebrating birthdays and anniversary. no weight loss but no weight gain either so I am fairly happy

I've finally handed in my dissertation! I survived and actually lost weight. (I'm down to 137!)
I took a week off running and let my diet slide a little to cope with the stress and I think I ended up under eating. I also got my first compliment r.e. weight loss. Horaay!!!
Here's to getting back on track to losing that ib this week.
