Ok I have sort of been keeping at this. I have been drinking my water and eating my veggies, but not necessarily journaling! But I've been doing better than I was, and that is the whole point

Hey ladies remember this thread!?!
With the whole getting my jeans zipped up today I thought I'd bump this up and remind everyone we have some goals we should be working on.

How's everyone doing?

Hey girls,

So far I seem to be doing pretty good with my goals. My measures haven't paid out yet but I'm going to keep at it. Less than two months until Canada Day now! This year is flying by!

Remember this? Getting pretty close to Canada Day/4th of July --

I'm actually only 4 pounds away from my goal of under 170 -- that's totally do-able!

So far I'm rockin in this! I've acheived all of my behaviour changes except the excercise one-I'm doing it just not every day so really that's a big improvement! My blue pants do fit comfortably! My elbow dimples are still there but I'm working on it! Plus the number on the scale is dropping-slowly but still going down none the less! Awesome!
