They say it's last in first out. So whereever you gained last you see it go first. Seems fairly accurate for me. I noticed in my hands and feet first, then hips and butt, then boobs, then face, then finally a little from the stomach. I could swear my arms are as big as ever though.
For sure my butt and legs, but I can't get this bif (butt in front) to budge! lol It kind of sucks b/c I lose my butt and legs so fast that I wind up feeling gross with thinner legs and a circle torso
Popping in to say, arms first, face 2nd, boobs 3rd (and no, I do not have any to spare , hips 4th, and tummy last. My rearend will always be here. It is most likely survive any total annhilation of the world. Cockroaches and my ample rear will survive. Lol!
I was pear shaped when I was thinner. I'm more of an apple now...and the first place I notice a loss is my gut. With any luck, I'll be a pear again as I de-flab.
I havent loss anything yet this go round. (i'm on day 4 of WW). But the last time I lost 50lbs and I saw it go from my extremities first. From my face, then arms and legs and then neck and bust but the tummy was the stubborn one but it did go down by half in the end.
I start slimming down from my extremities. It literally starts with my fingers, toes and my head, and works its way towards my middle; belly is THE last one to go
I always lose my boobs first. SO not fair. The one thing I actually want to keep and it flies away like feathers in the wind. Don't like it, but can't change it. I'd rather be skinny with a small chest than the way I am now. < I just have to keep telling myself that :-) >
