Having some chest arm pain..think its digestive and triggerpoint related....getting more snow....I'm very ready for spring!

Candice ,feel better.. I get those chest pains too. Makes me think it is heart but I settle for gas. Take some Maalox and it goes away.
Trying real hard to stay with my eating program..

Joanne..I think chest pain is comman in fibro people....so I almost never go to the doc for it. I ran out of mylanta but had some chewables I took and my carafate. Its like Ic an't eat anything right now without it causing some type of gas and I take a digestive enzyme.

WE are getting snow............bummer

Candice.. I know just what you mean.. I have scar tissue in my throat and was eating sugar free cough drops to ease the discomfort. I had a lot of gas. After I had a bad flare up of IBS I stopped taking them. The gas was almost gone and not repeating. I guess we need to be aware of what we are eating that causes these problems..I used some last night and am not comfortable today.
I am on day 4 of staying on my points. Lost 3 pounds that may be fluid. I just want it to stay gone. 7 more to go to get back to where I was..
It is in the 70's here. It would be nice if it stayed that way,but, I know it won't be long till it is in the 90's, It sometimes gets cooler in March.

Joanne...most of the sugar free stuff causes me problems so I try not to eat it. Not sure when I get a bout of this what is causing it. I don 't eat a lot of dairy due to this, but it happens with almost everything and adding fiber makes it worse....but I eat alot of fiber anyway. I think broccoli soup did it the other day

WE did get snow and I shoveled but didn't hurt myself this time!

Thanks Anne-Happy New Year. I am congested today-hope it's allergies. Going to weigh in this morning-I am not serious about losing. But I am exercising.
can't wait til Suzanne comes down here with Lily. She is nervous about coming. Like if Lily poops and she can't change her diaper=lol. Lily is so good-she will be fine. They keep me in pics and videos
