I used to enjoy exercising but now at age 43, I am just not motivated at all. I did great the first week of plan (lost 6 pounds) but I ate two pieces of pizza last night and gained 2 of them back. I know I will stick to the food plan more closely if I have invested in my weight loss by exercising. Thanks for sharing this article. I think weight training may be the way to go for me.
