I have tried my best to stay OP, it has been difficult though...but I did lose 1.4 lbs last week, and am hoping for 2 more lbs this week! FINGERS CROSSED!
30 day shred was started last week and stopped

. I will be trying again, it is a great workout in a short amount of time, however, I did not stretch enough and was EXTREMELY sore for several days following the work out. Soooo, I will continue to let you all know how it goes.
I hope you all had a good Halloween and first week of November (I can't believe how fast this year is going). Talk soon!
