The last thing I read was .75 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. So for me, at 125 and 19% body fat per my scale (don't trust it, but that is all I have right now..

) that give me 101 pounds, so about 75 g of protein.
That being said, I feel a whole lot better when I eat at least 100 g, more the better. So I tend to go more with the 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, myself. I tend to come in around 30/50/20 protein/carb/fat.
