I eat about a gram of protein per pound of body weight. My macro-nutrient ratios are about 40/35/25 )protein/carb/fat). I lift heavy 5-6 days/week and do cardio 5 days per week.
People can argue about this for days.... Mel |

That being said, I feel a whole lot better when I eat at least 100 g, more the better. So I tend to go more with the 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, myself. I tend to come in around 30/50/20 protein/carb/fat. Yes, people can argue it forever. :) |
I agree with Mels macro breakdown, especially for someone in a deficit (fat loss)
