Rained last night and more in store for tonight. Went garage sale-shopping at 7am, then down to Farmers' Market. Met my sister-in-law downtown after a 5k race she was in and had breakfast at the market. Daughter from Minneapolis is home for the weekend. We found a darling armoire for her for $15 at a sale this morning. Preparing for DS graduation open house tomorrow so lots of cleaning and food prep today, then hopefully relax and enjoy the day tomorrow. Supposed to be in the 70's and lovely tomorrow. My weight was good today, so I'm a happy girl!

I'm home and ready to fall over Our day was perfect between morning storms and the evening forecast of more. It was muggy but sunny and gorgeous. My feet logged 10 miles. Boston is great for walking. DD bought me a T pass we never even used

Hope the rain was more threat than reality for everyone!

We had a really nice day today, too. Rain-free, but it sure was hot and muggy! After the Celtic Fest we came back to the hotel and spent the remainder of the afternoon cooling off in the pool. We even decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was one of the best dinners I've ever enjoyed in all my years of coming to Cape May.

Carley is sound asleep in bed, and Monica wants me to join her on the balcony for a Bailey's and a few rounds of Scopa.

Have a good night, and I'll see you all in the morning!

Long, hard but successful day yesterday and just today to get through. There was a big storm during the play that luckily missed us but it's raining pretty hard right now. Ecumenical Church service this morning and Antiques Roadshow this afternoon - all in the tent so it should be OK. We're hoping it clears in time for the chicken BBQ later. What a weekend!

You guys please take today as a Day of Rest on my behalf, OK?

Wow, Ruth! Unfortunately, there's no rest here. I'm finally down to last day status and have to get everything I've put off till tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow...done today. Oh, well

Looks like a nice day, though. So it's clean, dog walk, clean, church, get all the gardening done, clean .

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning I'm still totally exhausted from yesterday's outing so it will be a low key day here. Looks like rain all day so I have a perfect excuse to nap

You could log it as exercise!

6pm here and I'm sitting down to watch NBA finals...whatever still needs to be done can wait. It was a beautiful, super hot day here. I got all the timers set so I can make sure they're all working before I leave. I may wash the kitchen floor at half time...I'll certainly log THAT as exercise! See ya'll tomorrow!
