Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: BINGE EATING! I love food, love eating and absolutely love that feeling when you've eaten so much that you can't move... terrible I know
Following any specific plan: I am ensuring that I eat breakfast in the mornings. Thn eating small meals and 2 snacks throughout the day.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have finally acknowledged that I have a binge eating problem, and I mainly eat when I am bored. I am also hoping that the support of this community will help me.
