What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am really honestly attempting to recover (so, I am truly recovering) from several years of binge/purge... or... errr.... bulimic tendencies. So, I won't start planning to skip meals or throwing up my food or taking laxatives in order to lose weight. I don't want to do that kind of stuff anymore. Maybe weight loss isn't really the most important thing to me, but I do consider this a food/exercise/health improvement plan and yes it would be nice to lose weight over time as well.
