I totally just found this forum today and I'm excited!
I'm counting calories to help meet my goals. I'm keeping myself to 1500 calories a day. I had my metabolic rate measured at the local hospital weight clinic and it has me burning 2400 calories a day without exercising. So there's where I am.
I want / need to lose around a 100 lbs total, I'm down 26 lbs as of this morning with 66 more to lose to reach my goal. I'm 3 lbs away from my first mini goal of 10 % lost.
