I am in the foulest of moods this weekend. TOM is not bad except my mood. I could chew glass for no reason. Urg!! Despite it all I got to class tonight and ate reasonabley well today.

For tomorrow:

W- 6-8 glasses
E- mindful
E- nothing planned
D- " I am woman, hear me roar!"

Grazie i understand completely.......i think i'm gonna head to bed early because of it.

Have any of you ladies tried The Firm? I saw the informercial for the firm "wave" and it has peaked my interest. DH said "you don't need that stuff....I love you..."

I told him I didn't love my body like it is. He blew past it. Anyway I wanted opinions of the product if anyone's tried it yet.
