NightKatt, because I was 130 to 140 most of my adult life. Probably will change it up a bit...

cherriloos, I did the same thing...I don't know why other than stress and some more strees.

Nightkat I chose 150 because I felt beautiful at that weight even though I was still, "overweight " I looked great also that's 100lbs from my highest weight last month..maybe I'll get lower but idk if it's possible since I was 15 the last time I weighed 150 I was a size 12 then and I really would like to wear an 8 but my own sister said I can't get that small, rude!! But I believe her cuz I've always been overweight idk if I can get my body to do what I want

I picked my goal weight as I wanted to be lower than my weight 32 years ago when I had the best year of my life!. Lower would be healthier as even at 160 I will be overweight.. but I have the genetics of big hips/thighs and want to look "even"

I chose my goal weight because it finally puts me at a healthy BMI. Haven't been considered healthy since becoming pregnant with my first child 8 years ago!

I'm pleased with my progress so far.. I don't know if I should change my goal here or not. I have 199 lbs as my goal in the Onederland Christmas challenge.. On one hand If I leave them different I will surely hit this one if not that one..LOL but on the other, it feels silly to have 2 different weight goals for christmas.

Hey all!! I'm not sure how I missed this challenge because I love these things. I hope that I can join a month into it!!! I'm in a challenge that ends on Halloween, but I would like to be in the middle of another one to keep the ball rolling without having to "start a new challenge".

I've sort-of been stalling lately so hopefully this can give me a push!

I choose my goal weight because it is just about the middle of my healthy BMI. I was going to make it 136, and a round 50 lbs to lose but 135 sounded better...

I chose mine because per BMI Charts, around 150 is the most I should weigh for my height, but I use BMI charts as a guide. They don't account for body shape or such. I am well endowed in the chest area so I thought I would aim for 170 and see how I feel. If I think I need to lose more than I will, but I don't want to be too thin. I am curvy and don't want to lose the hour glass shape entirely.

Went for a walk to Davis Creek, and ended up bruising my foot pretty bad. Its painful to walk on or stand on period. Just eating better, and all will help me drop some weight. Congrats to those who are still going strong.

Only Believe, I was thinking about the Onderland by Christmas thread as well, about actually joining it I think, even though my goal here is only 212. Just for fun, and to see if I can do it! At this point, I don't even have to do 2lbs a week by Christmas to be in onderland, which is so exciting! So actually.. I may.. and not even feel funny about having two different goals.

Hi Everyone,
I lost 5 pounds!!! WOOWOO

This is a Personal Record for me, I PR”D lol

I have never lost that much in one week in my entire life. I was out of town traveling with work most of the week, stayed away from fast food and carried a little cooler with food but I think the biggest reason was I was not home having to cook for the family!

Now I just have to keep up the momentum so I can hit my goal and be ready for a bathing suit on our Christmas Cruise!! Thanks for all the inspirational posts!!
