Well, not down much but am shocked after my week I am down at all.
Traveling and eating all meals at restaurants Monday and Tuesday. Then Thursday we had company at work so another eating out. AND no exercise...then Friday I started feeling yucky...think it is a sinus thing but still have it. So that's my story while I have not been posting.

Missed all of you....this week it is back to exercise and tracking my food intake...off to read your posts...

Well .. some great results there and I hope everyone is feeling good about themselves this week .. Remember even if there is no movement please post your results ... Im holding off posting this weeks results in case anyone else posts theirs ... will probably do a results post for the week each Friday

Bit of pain today but going to bed with a hot water bottle soon .. well .. after dinner lol ... but I had a well behaved day today ... Got called into a job to cover for this afternoon and it was a nice busy one (for a change yay!) ... then I walked the long way round to include some steps to the bus stop ... but when I got to the bus stop all I could smell was the cookie shop just down from the stop .. OMG!!!! I WANTED A COOKIE!! I put my hand in my pocket .. and there was enough change for a cookie .. my mouth was drooling with the thought of getting a cookie ... but then I looked further down the road and in the distance I saw another bus stop .. so I quickly walked to the other stop to get away from that cookie smell lol .. so got a little extra exercise in and avoided that cookie .. but boy did I want that cookie lol .. funny thing is I didnt notice the smell the last couple of weeks when I have waited at the stop .. but HE is really getting my cravings up lol .. another plus for today I not only had breakfast & lunch .. but had some nuts for my snacks morning and afternoon .. now I just need to get dinner organised ... I do notice my appetite is up a little more today ... and a few dizzy spells .. but all in all .. Im feeling really good (albeit sore) about today

Our butter here in the US comes in lbs too...but usually divided into for "sticks" in the 1 lb box.

Not only are we losing weight we are educating each other...LOVE IT

Thanks for letting me post late. Was a pretty good girl boating and camping this weekend. Didn't eat any chips or processed snacks that I normally drag onto the boat. Just some cantaloupe and grapes. I did drink tequilla on Saturday nights...but just a little. I see everyone is working hard on here...keep up the good work!!!
