I'm so glad to finally make it to the 170s this month, just barely. I hadn't lost anything almost all of October and won't make my usual 5 lb goal. The weight has just started coming off this week, but not with ease. I had to start calorie counting. A couple of online sources are telling me to eat 1400 or between 1300 and 1500 to lose weight, and other sources are telling me that eating below my BMR isn't healthy, so I dunno. I don't want to undereat, but I want to get to a healthier weight. This method has been working so far this week, and I don't feel fatigued or starving so I guess I'm okay.
