Default Almost out of the 180's!

Good Morning Ladies!

I was hoping to be out of the 180's last week but I didn't quite make it! I am down to 180lbs today so hopefully this week will be it! I am so excited I have not been below 181lbs since before I got pregnant with my daughter that is now 5. I can't believe how great I feel. Although I do know I still have a long way to go I am just glad that I know the right thing to do to continue on this path and that I can be successful!

One question for anyone that would like to answer. I have an odd body in the sense that I am rather narrow so I have no butt, my legs are rather thing and I have no hips. At 180 pounds I am a 12. My belly is really my problem zone which I know will be the last thing to leave me but, I worry about choosing the right goal weight. According to the BMI Calculators I have used I should weigh 154 lbs to be within a normal weight range. I almost feel like there would be nothing left of me at that weight. Maybe I just don't know but I am almost afraid to go down that far. Honestly in my entire adult life the smallest I have ever been is 175lbs which I wore a size 10 at that time and felt amazing. How do you know that your goal weight is the right place for you? Or do you choose smaller goals and reassess as you get to those goals?

I was naughty this weekend, but not 3 pounds of naughty!

I was just at 185 the other day and....this morning I weighed in at 188.

*sigh*

I didn't go extremely nuts....I stayed on track as much as possible with being on the run all weekend....and I did have a total of 4 bud lights all weekend....and Taco Bell last night.

Here's hoping it's water weight and will be gone soon.

On a good note....I did go to a birthday party for my God Son....and there were cupcakes AND birthday cake there, and I said "no thank you" to the very yummy smelling, chocolaty, butter cream icing goodness.

Proud of myself on that one.

I was 181 on Saturday, didnt weight this am, but REALLY hoping to be out by tomorrow am.

THEN I NEED TO STAY OUT OF THE 180'S... that's the trick, isnt it?

Home again home again. I'm back in the only place I've ever been able to stay serious about my health. Running with my favourite partner again, and eating healthy homemade meals with fresh ingredients out of the garden. It just clicks. Now, if only everything else in my life would fall into place to match!! I just can't seem to stay on plan anywhere but here.

i am dying to get outta the 180's and lose a full 10lbs. i've been stuck at 183.9 for 3 days.

I know that feeling. I wonder if its always going to be hard staying on track when im away from home?

I went out to my first thanksgiving dinner last night and have another one monday (I live in Canada, in case you had a confused face at that). I was determined to be good but there were no vegetables that weren't in things like biscuits and quiches and lasagna. I had a reasonably sized plate that I enjoyed most of, but knew I'd eaten too much. And then I had a small piece of zucchini chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I don't even really like ice cream and the cake wasn't that great.

I didn't finish it, but I still went up from 187.2 to 187.8 this morning from yesterday. FRUSTRATING. Motivation to be better today though, and to plan better for monday's dinner.

I have achieved one of my first goals which was to be under 180 lbs! I have weighed in at 177 lbs for two days so I think I really am out of the 180's for good! I guess that means I get to move to the 170's thread! I hope to see all of you over there really soon!

186.6 this morning, had a lovely dinner with friends and family for canadian thanksgiving and was very good, but still ate rich food. Just hoping to maintain tomorrow. Please oh please scale gods!

Can't wait to meet elinor in the 170's threads!

I'm up to 187.6 as of this morning. The scale has been slowly inching up. I have to take control of my eating starting today.

Maybe by next week I will be over in the 170's with ya!

Had a stressful week but instead of hitting the kitchen for food....I cleaned....and cleaned. I don't think my house has ever been so clean. Lol

It worked....I didn't eat my stress and was able to stay on track. =)

Weighing in tomorrow....hopefully I have gone down some. =)

I seem to be stuck at 189- fluctuating between 189.2, .4, .6, yadda yadda-

I'm tired of it! I was on such a weight loss roll- then my gall bladder needed to be removed- and I think the Dr. took my motivation with him I was hoping to be super close to by goal weight by my 1 year anniversary- and if I can get my motivation back- I can almost get there!

Hang in there, and keep at it.

You will be un-stuck before too long.

Just remember the reasons you are doing this....(that includes the secret evil motivations we all have........have you checked out the "evil motivations thread? lol) and see if that doesn't help kick start the "I wanna do it" in you again.
