I got my recumbent bike at K Mart for $100.00 and it works fine. I like it for when I want to exercise but the whole family is trying to watch tv. it is alot quieter than my treadmill. tell your hubby that it is all you want for Christmas. LOL. I am thinking about hitting Jay up for an elliptical machine. I think i will go play at Sears tomorrow to see if I like them.

Kempyd - how tall are you? Love the jeans. That's about all I wear. I just got into the Levi 34s this week and I actually tucked my shirt in! First thing my dad days? Want me to iron that shirt before we go out? LOL I said - Dad, it's supposed to look like this - it's a safari shirt. (He even starches and irons his jeans!)

Couldn't see the shoes - so I brightened the photo up - hope you don't mind.

I got the three Sansone Walking tapes and water weights today. Now I have to psyche myself up. I feel stupid walking in front of the TV with Bob around.

Laney - any time you want to use me as a bad example you're welcome to.

Rusty, I think those are either a 10 or a 12. I am leaning more to the 12 though. I bought them about 2 years ago. They really don't fit very well right now. I will wear them only if I don't have to tuck in the shirt.

I can't wear chick jeans or chick sizes. LOL I always get men's Levis - I'm too thick-waisted for women's jeans - if they fit my waist they have hips like jodphurs.

PS Kempy - I got a kick out of the fence around the tree - we have boxes of videos stacked around ours to keep the pooches out!

Gennel~~~I am with you girl. I know I am going to pig out. But you know after eating in moderation all this time once you decide to over indulge it is hard because your stomach is just not used to it anymore. But I will be eating a large plate.

Kempyd~~~great pic. Love those shoes they look like a pair that I have but I don't wear them with jeans. I guess I figure they won't look the same with straight leg as they do with flare. I can't seem to find flare jeans in my size 18 jeans. I wish I could. You know I see a whole lot of large women about my size wearing very stylish clothes I wish I knew where to find them.

Rusty~~~Thanks for the gravy tip. I am seriously considering it if I can't find my grandma's recipe. I can't wait for the Turkey day. YUM!

Angie~~~I bought my elliptical machine at Wal Mart of course I have never been on any other one...so I can't compare this one to the one Gennel speaks fondly of. But I can say the one I have is not electric but it does have a battery operated tracking system for mileage, time, odometer, calories, and pulse rate...of course all these calculations are determined to a person 150 lbs. So really I only use it for mileage and time tracking. Dh does not care for it one bit. I have worked myself up to 5 miles at a time. I love it.

Well I better get going. Talk to you all later. Bye.

Kina - have you ever asked any of the women that you see where they got their clothes from. I am sure they would be happy to tell you. I bet it would even make them feel good. I know I feel good when someone likes my outfit enough to ask where I got it.

Default Kempyd..

What kind of adorable pup is your hubby carrying in his arms?
I reallywanted to get a teacup maltese. But I'd like more info on these dogs since they are soooo expensive!!! I saw one a lady had in her purse and I swear that tiny thing must of weighed like 1.5 lbs at the most! I asked her if it was still baby and she told me it was 2 yrs old! They look so fragile too.

I never have the nerve to ask anyone about their outfits. I am quite shy but not. I know that sounds strange but I am very outgoing but I am also very shy. Must have something to do with my self esteem. I don't know.

Gennel~~did you see the Good Morning America show the other day. They had this new breed of dog that weighed no more than a pound and would never get any bigger. It's value to purchase is $1,000! I was like...whatever, the dog is adorable but not for that price. Unless I knew I was going to be able to give it alot of attention.

It's getting late I didn't do any homework today. Talk to you all later.

Talking Hi everyone

Well I'm rushing out the door, but just wanted to say hello and good morning to everyone. Gennel put me down for a 2lb loss this week. I didn't think with TOM that I'd lose but with all the extra water I drank I guess that helped me out. I was beginning to think I'd float away! Well hope everyone has a great weigh in. Take care. Di
