What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Setting a goal to run a 5K this year in the fall in under 30 Minutes. Something to work toward to keep the diet and exercising going and give it purpose beyond just getting heathly and fit.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Hit a ten year low of 135 in late 2005. Since have ranged from 145 to 169 last 3 years. Jan.1,2008 was up to 167, went down to 152 in May and hit that low again in October, but back up to 169 in December - just 8 weeks later -YIKES - Need to stop this insanity.
