Yup, I woke up early! I was up at 7:00 and unable to go back to bed, so I went on my porch to work out.
I also just felt like napping last night and went to sleep at 9

I guess it makes up for the fact that I partied until 4:30 AM on Halloween! I dressed up as the devil and the girlfriend was a dark fairy. I'll post pictures of it soon. I think I looked like I was about to walk into an S&M club!
I was not on plan on Halloween... AT ALL... but I don't even care because I know I've eaten on plan/been physically active enough to allow for a really gluttonous day every now and then

I've decided I shouldn't beat myself up over it and instead just be happy that I had an awesome Halloween.
Oh man... foofy coffees.. I love 'em but rarely have 'em. They're SO fattening and SO high in sugar. There used to be this amazing one at Joe Muggs (Books A Million's coffee shop thing) - the S'Mores Frappé - that I believe they discontinued, as I went there for the first time in years a couple days ago and didn't see it. I went for the triple shot espresso instead

I was sort of bummed, though - I would have GLADLY fallen off plan for that one.
Meg and Dagmar - I think it is common to gravitate towards getting a wicked case of the munchies late at night. Most likely, subconsciously, our bodies feel that the food will give us energy and help us stay awake longer... even though the wrong food (and usually what consists of midnight munchie material) will actually put us to sleep sometimes...
OH and
Dagmar, I stay super on plan the week before any kind of physical AND before any doctor appointments. I also make sure I wear the lightest clothes I can get away with, so the scale won't tell me I'm fat. And if I'm getting any bloodwork done, I somehow think that being super on plan the week before will negate anything negative
