Donuts...I liked some of the breakfast ideas you gave Tim, those are some nice changes.
I am glad to hear that I am not the only one that has started looking at food differently.
I wi in a little while, I will let you all know how it goes. As long as I lose a 1/2 pound I get to sign the 65 pound board, but I think I am closer to the 2 pounds lost, but we shall see, my scale is always a bit different than MRC's.
I too have started getting comments, mostly from family, that says, oh you look great, you don't need to lose another 35 pounds. But they don't know that I am still over 200 pounds. I too carry my weight pretty well, I would say that it is evenly distributed all over
LOL So my advice, just keep doing what you know is best for your body. You know your weight, and your healthy numbers. Don't let those around you change your goals. Remember, feeders, I think those same feeders can be the ones that tell you you've lost enough.
