60 min speed-walking up hill treadmill (12 min of that running!)

monday: oh my goodness did i want to kill the people hogging the crosstrainers... but it made do the stair climber which really makes me sweat big time...

30 mins elliptical
20 mins stair climber
10 mins crosstrainer

Tuesday: 20 min walk to work with skirt restraining exercises!
20 min walk homw from work with 2*7kg bags of groceries. Walking up the hill with those babies was fun!
