    1 hour of softball
  • Thursday
    45 min elliptical
    15 min stairmaster
  • Thursday - 10 minutes brisk walking, 20 minutes HIIT on the elliptical
  • thursday: 50 mins crosstrainer
  • Hello, if you don't mind, I'd like to log my exercise with you all each day! I never knew this thread existed - actually, I don't often venture into the 20-somethings boards! I am 26 and mainly work out on the elliptical for the past couple of months and eventually I'll work in some sort of dumbell work for my arms. Here's my week so far:

    Sunday: 65 mins elliptical/5 miles
    Monday: 60 mins elliptical/4.5 miles
    Tuesday: 65 mins elliptical/5 miles
    Wednesday: 65 mins elliptical/5 miles
    Thursday: 65 mins elliptical/5 miles
    Friday: 65 mins elliptical/5 miles

    Next Thursday I start taking kickboxing again on Tues/Thurs to mix up the routine.

    25 min. walk
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    35 min. run
  • I overate tonite at dinner, haven't done that in a while!
    Went back to the gym for another 30 mins on the elliptical.

    30 minutes treadmill
    8 mins bike
    5 sets of 20 on ab machine
  • Friday: Pump class - missed out the shoulders and lunge tracks as my legs and shoulders were wickedly sore from thursday night

    Saturday 100 crunches, 15 min powerwalk
  • friday - 45 mins strength training, 20 mins strairclimber, 30 mins crosstrainer
    saturday - 50 mins cardio (oops cant remember what i did)
  • SAT:

    30 MIN ON TREADMILL walk/ job combo-2miles
