I just started reaching for my goal again.
I'm 21, 5'6/5'7. Don't really know.
Right now I'm 235.
My major first goal is to get out of the "obese" category on the BMI scale.

Hey, maintaining is a lot better than gaining! You don't have to lose all those pounds you could've gained.
