Woo hoo i can't wait to start the next one, this time we are over the over-indulgent summer season, which i know shouldn't be an excuse but so many birthdays/weddings/ hen parties etc serious alcohol and crap food..
week one back on track and down 6lb today from last Saturday i am well chuffed..
Scarlett fair play as always chart looks super, well done on the run, i'm pool side now for the next while, i ripped a muscle and will take months to recover so no C25K for me for awhile
