I am so upset with myself!
I was lax about IF'ing and working out after my last weigh-in, and it shows on the scale. This morning I weighed in at 174.8. I couldn't believe it!
I hopped on and off several times, and the weight on the scale jumped around, but more times than not it settled at 174.8. That is a 6.8 lb gain.
Well, I know what I must do, so I'll do it. I just had to vent! I'm so happy this challenge is starting again.
