1 - 1/3 55 min treadmill and 10 min elliptical
2 - 1/4 50 min run/walk and 15 min elliptical
3 - 1/5 10 min stairmaster and 35 min run
4 - 1/6 50 min run
5 - 1/9 15 min strength tr., 35 min run, 10 min crosstrainer
6 - 1/10 3.5 mile run
7 - 1/12 1.5 mile run, 15 min crosstrainer, hula hooping
8 - 1/14 3.5 mile run, 25 min elliptical
9 - 1/15 50 min run
10 - 1/17 20 min elliptical and 2.5 mile run
11 - 1/18 10 min stairmaster, 30 elliptical, 20 min incline walk
Well, I know I won't meet my goal for the month. I pulled a muscle in my chest, so I haven't been able to workout. Trying to ease back into it.
12 - 1/24 45 minute walk
13 - 1/25 2 mile run and 10 min elliptical
