tomorrow is the big day!!!
For those who don't know, I decided as part of my new years resolution to not weigh myself for the month of January. I wanted to focus on exercise and the nutritional content of what I'm eating. I'm also pretty close to goal and wanted to see how sustainable my eating plan is without using the scale to measure. I'm usually a daily weigher, so this hasn't been easy for me (I took the scale out of my bathroom to remove the temptation).
Anyway, tomorrow is the first day of weighing myself in a month. It's not coming at a great time (it's tom for me) but I feel pretty confident that I'll have lost, even if it's only a pound or two. I'll post an update tomorrow but probably won't change my ticker till I've checked a few days in a row. I'm also trying to eat normally today and not starve myself/ cheat.
