I'm sorry to hear about the grandmother, but he'll be back soon.
You can probably fit in a few phone calls with that time difference, , just get back on your feet. Motivation is one thing, but you've got to commit too. Congrats on those 3 pounds lost, and ditch the guilt!

Weighed in and still at 200lbs. I hate these stalls that I get, I lose a ton of weight at once and then hit a certain weight and can't break below it. I'm wondering if it's because I'm eating too few calories. I'm just not sure.

The scale said 205 this morning, so I'm hoping to be out of the 200s by the end of next week. We'll see!!!

It will take me a while to get there as well but as long as I make ill be happy. My wish is that I make it this year but I know ive got to stay on plan. Its very possible to lose 30 something lbs in five months. I need all the will power I can get which is why I log onto this site every single day lol it keeps me going. I have to be around people doing what Im doing in one way or another and none of my close friends or family member are trying to lose weight or get healthier so I need someone to vent to lol that understand my struggles as well as my truimphs!

Those of you that have a while to go lets go we can surely get there together!!!!!!!

I was hoping for sure today I would be down to 199, but I don't even want to get on the scale. It's the second day in a row I've missed boot camp this week. I can barely walk today so I know that I shouldn't go at all, but blah.

Hi guys! My name is Rikki and I have been a member here for quite a while and decided to check out the 20somethings support forum and found myself here I weigh in officially on Sundays and I seem to go above and below 200 and repeat. over and over. I am hoping to make my way through these threads so I can go below 190 for the first time in YEARS. my goal weight is probably about 150... anywho- its been a while since I have been here so I better go update my signature.

What kind of tips are you looking for?


Ive been struggling a bit lately with my food intake, choices are good I am just choosing to eat too much. I did better today but have got to get in the right mind set! My biggest hurdle is alcohol... I haven't had a drink all week and thats huge for me. I know that is a HUGE part of my weight problem- even if I eat perfectly those 2-3 drinks will keep the weight on!

Hope you chickies are having a good week!
