I'm late to the game but determined to finish this time!

I don't know how many times I've started it and quit. My best was the first time, I made it 17 days. Anyways, I did it yesterday for the first time so I'll be back to report Day 2 later tonight.

Also, WOW do I hurt. The workout was fairly easy, I've done level one many times... just not recently. I really need to stimulate this muscle memory!

I finished L1D6 today. This is the longest I've ever stuck to anything (sad eh?). I'm excited to start level 2 next week.

Hey Ladies,

I actually started the 30DS before finding this site. I'm on Day 5 (I slacked off for two days) and am already feeling better. As much as I love Jillian, I must say that while I'm doing the video all I can think is "I freakin hate you, Jillian Michaels" but as soon as I'm done I feel SO much better than before. I'm already seeing a change in shape in my upper thighs...and the only change they've seen in the last six years is expansion I'm excited to see what happens in the next 25!!

I realize that I'm 21 days late...but I'm joining in. I just went out and bought the DVD based on your guys' recommendations, and just finished L1D1. I have to say I have worked out with countless DVD's before, but I have never, ever, grunted at the TV screen. I'm gonna hurt tomorrow, but this has to be the most motivating, quick moving DVD I've ever used.

joyra - hi there neighbor! I'm in China

I already have 30DS but I don't have space to do it! I'm thinking about bringing my laptop to the gym and using the aerobics room when there isn't a class. I hope they let me!

I did 30DS for the first time today! I loaded it onto my iPhone and did it in the aerobics room at the gym when there wasn't a class. They have mats and weights in the aerobics room, so it worked out wonderfully!

L1D2 done! Those side-lunges with anterior raises are KILLING me, but I pushed through it. Those 20 minutes are the worst and best of my day. I can just feel my muscles getting toned.

L1 D6 for me... had two days of no exercising (Thursday and Friday) which was very bad! I intend to make up for it by doing three days in a row and starting level 2 Tuesday or Wednesday!

L1D8 and I did the entire thing with no breaks! I also followed Natalie, rather than Anita for most of it...and I'm sweating like a pig in summer. I did notice that I have ab lines now (below about 3 inches of fat, but they're still there!)

L1 D7 for me here! It's taken me far too long to get here as I keep getting so busy since it's the end of term and, on top of that, I'm working 4 afternoons a week. That's just an excuse and I know it, I'm hoping to be able to work out tomorrow morning before work to get me energized for the day!!

I finished L1D9 today and looking forward to moving on to Level 2 in a couple days. My fitness level has already greatly improved. The first time I did level 1 I couldn't make it all the way through. Now I can without breaks. I feel great. And my stomach seems flatter already. I wish I had taken measurements at the beginning. Is anyone else seeing a difference in their appearance?

Operation, I've not been anywhere near as diligent as you about doing it every day but I feel like I have a bit more definition in my abs and my legs feel a bit less jiggly. And that's after only a week, so I'm really determined to stick with it and see it through!

I've only been doing it for a few days, but my stomach is flatter than it's been in months. I can't see a difference in my thighs, but they feel tighter and stronger.
