Aaaand I'm back down to 151.4 lbs today. *Whew!!* That's actually a bit lower than I had expected--I was thinking I'd be lucky to be back down to 152.something, so I'm a little suspicious of this number... And for that matter, I suspect it will be a bit higher tomorrow, because I have to get up early (and thus weigh myself a lot earlier than I usually do) again. Yuck!! Don't wanna!
Either way, I'm pleased with today's weigh-in, heh.
UGH!! I f-ing hate this. I keep bouncing around the SAME weight over and over again. And I'm pretty sure I'm starting to get bloated again and should be starting TOM in the next week or so....boo hoo. sorry not even going to give you any numbers right now
152.2 lbs today! Like I said before, I had to weigh in a bit earlier than usual today, but I wouldn't have been disappointed by that number anyways, so it's all good. I'm having a planned indulgence tonight (mmm, can't wait ) and will be partying it up tomorrow night, so I'm very interested to see how this will be reflected on the scale!
Another Friday night of boozin' and partying = another Saturday weigh-in that could mean just about anything, heh! But just for the record, I weighed in at 152.4 lbs... Certainly seems like I got a little lucky with that one (dehydration, anyone?), though I guess I didn't go too crazy last night, so who knows? As always, I'll be looking forward to weighing in on Sunday/Monday to get a much more accurate idea of where I am.
So after a crazy 2 weeks of being everywhere and the scale never really going down I finally weighed in at 187.2 which means I met my goal for May! Now I'm really looking forward to my June goal of 179!!
A little dissapointed but I figured I would have gained over the weekend.... I finally got below 160 last week.... Last Thursay it was 158.... this morning 160! Grrr! I guess I thought I could slide by like I did last weekend.... I was a little relaxed last weekend and still lost weight by Monday... so I was a little more relaxed this weekend and it didnt work out as well! Darn it! Oh well, I'm gonna down the water today and do hot yoga tonight... walked/jogged a mile already this morning, so I'm hoping for it to go away plus some QUICKLY!
Sunday is my planned off-plan day (can I call it that?) so I ate WAY more than anyone needs to. I gained 1.5 lbs back and feel physically awful today but I firmly believe calorie cycling works. I'm gonna slow down and not stuff myself anymore. Two weeks in a row I've gained weight on Monday and just felt bad in general. I'm a little disappointed, but I'm very much back on plan today and the rest of the week looks good.
Hi everyone, this is my first post here! I started my weight-loss journey 2 months ago and even though I've had a couple of off-weeks I've been doing quite well sticking to my plan of calorie counting and daily exercise. I'm currently working out every day for 30minutes and keeping calories under 1200 (i'm only 5'0).
And to let you know a little bit about myself, well, I used to be thin until I went to study abroad for a year, 7 years ago. During that year abroad I gained 50 lbs and came back home pretty much unrecognizable (i'm really short so 50lbs make a huge difference). I also developed all kinds of hormonal problems which took a while to get under control. Anyway when I came back, without even trying I lost all the weight within a year and ended up weighing around 113 lbs again. Back then I thought my metabolism totally rocked as I seriously did NOTHING to lose the weight. Anyway since then I slowly managed to pack 30 lbs in 6 years. It's been 2 months since I started getting back in shape and I've lost 8 lbs. I've read this entire thread and really have to tell you all you are truly a great inspiration!!
Oh and by the way, my weigh-in was this morning at 132.6 lbs.
