....Sigh....I think I have the winter blues or having a blue Christmas? Something....anyways, I had 1 good diet day, and the rest have gone to the dogs. I've gained 3 lbs in a week. Jess is now sick, I am not 100% better, and M is giving me some problems with School. His teacher's are not appreciating his class clown thing and he has misplaced a $100 calculator. Anywho...I don't post much when I am depressed and doing bad.

Well ladies I am back to 221. Yeah! I got rid of that holiday weight. I'm hoping to squeeze out another lb or two before my official weigh in on Monday. All from exercsing 4/wk, staying OP, and getting all of my water in. I think using my AP helps too. My whole issue is I have been so hungry since starting to exercise. Using those also keeps me from dipping into extra flex points. It's Friday and I haven't touched them yet. Well, I have a holiday party tonight so I will dip into them then. But that's what they are there for.

Diva--This time of year I get down in the dumps too. My brother is leaving for Iraq today so that doesn't help much. I talked to him briefly last night. I thought it was more important for him to spend time with his family (3 girls and another baby due next month) so I didn't keep him long.

Hello ladies! I just wanted to check in today. Thank you for the welcomes! I have exercised the last 6 days in a row which is quite an accomplishment for me. My eating has been healthy with the exception of about 3 hours yesterday, but I'm back on plan.

I can relate to the Christmas blues, or whatever it is that is wrong with me and a couple of you. Mine has been in the form of loneliness. Diva and Likenoother, I hope you can both cope with the blues and not let it deter your "getting healthy" efforts!

Shay that totally sucks about your brother, may God and the Angels be with him and watch over him. It sucks too that he won't be there to see his newest baby be born.

Morning! I'm still trying to kick this cold, I'd really like to crawl back in bed and sleep til tomorrow but with a young one, we know thats impossible. This morning I gotta run her to nastics and bowling. When we get home we'll probably start putting the christmas tree up, she's been asking since Thursday, plus all my other house chores, and suppose I should sit down and figure out what I have bought for christmas and what I have left to do. I'm definitely gonna have to find time for a nap.

Shay-I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. It sucks that your brother had to go overseas right before christmas. On a positive note CONGRATS on getting back down to 221


Diva-Sorry to hear your down in the dumps. I wish I had some lil funny story to tell to cheer ya up but I haven't done anything stupid since Tuesday.

Good Morning girls! its crunch weekend for me, I've got 1 final on Monday and 2 on Tuesday, so I wont be around much until those are done. Just wanted to let you know in case anyone got worried. Dont forget to post weights before deadline on Monday. Its our last official weigh in!!!

I guess everyone has had a busy weekend. I went ahead and weighed in today. Back down 4 to 221. Down 17 for the whole challenge. Very happy about that.

Morning ladies, here to report 2 lbs lost this week! Its pretty good for not exercising much due to illness. I'm starting to feel better. I got up and did pilates for the first time since last wednesday. Congrats Shay on the 4 lbs!

WOW! WTG Dream & Shay, you two rock! And 17 pounds lost this challenge! That's totally awesome!

Wish it were me, unfortuantely all I did was gain. I lost some last month but I gained most of it back. I am convinced that for me, it is impossible to lose in December, lol! With all the gatherings, going out to eat, the temptations, it's all more than I can stand. I have NO willpower. Today I am finding myself bloated and reatining salt I think, I can just feel it. We had stuffed peepers w/ the Tomato sauce @ a friends and today I feel like a whale, lol! Not to mention I was up every 2 hours after about 1 am peeing. So this almost 2 lb gain I have had since last week could very well be water retention, but it's weigh in day and that's what my evil scale says so....

mel, VERY good luck on your finale's today and tomorrow! I am sure you'll rock them. I had a professor who would hand out peppermints and tell us to suck on them during our tests. She swore it kept us sharpe and I tell ya, I made excellent grades in her class... She rocked!

Oh and LOL @ Germany trying to ban Scientology! Good for them I say. Maybe Tom Cruises mothership will be forced to come get him. LOL! Wish they'd do it here too. I mean, if we can't say Merry Christmas or Jesus, why not ban the Alien, I want all your money "religion"?

BTW - I started a Chat thread for ALL teams like we discussed a few weeks ago. I thought it would be a good way to stay in touch and get to know all the other team members and whatnot.

Good Morning Red team!! Well tomorrow is our final results day of this season and I've gotta say I'm sad its over! Although, I suppose this is all for the best with it being the time of year it is, but that doesnt mean we get to throw caution to the wind. Make it your goal to AT LEAST maintain till we start again. We can all do that! And hey, if you manage to knock off a few more all the better!!

I made goal for the challenge, I had hoped for 20-25, heavy on the 25 but I fell right in there. Didnt finish out very strong but all in all not bad. AF showed up and OMG!! If I didnt have to leave the house to take a test I wouldnt.

I saw our intermediary (heh one of my final vocubulary!) thread and as soon as I'm done with testing I'll be there!!

Okay time to get the kids rolling! We got 4 inches of snow last night so everything is going to be in slow mo today...hate that!!
